Butter Cream Cakes
Wedding & Tiered Cakes - $2.25 per person
10” Cakes - $35.00 each
Butter cream icing is the best for use with a tiered cake. Butter cream icings can be made with a strawberry, raspberry or pineapple puree or any flavor extract as well for a filling between layers. When done properly butter cream can have a smooth and velvet appearance.

 Fondant Cakes
Wedding & Tiered Cakes - $3.25 per person
10” - $50.00 each
Fondant can be used to cover most cakes to give a smooth surface of a cake. It can have flavorings add for taste, fondant itself doesn’t have much taste. Between the cake and fondant there is a thin layer of butter cream icing. One negative to using fondant is that it does make serving a cake more difficult due to uneasy cutting.

Cream Cheese Cakes
Some cakes are traditionally served with cream cheese icings. However cream cheese is not the best for wedding cakes. Cream cheese icing is only available for such as groom’s cakes and non tiered cakes.

Décor
Simple design is included with the prices listed above. Cake toppers are not included. Silk flowers are supplied by your florist or yourself if desired for your cake design. We can supply them for an additional charge. Fondant pieces and additional edible flowers are priced per order each.

Miscellaneous Information
Wedding cakes can have each tier be a different flavor at no additional charge.
Additional “Fake” tier can be added for $35.00 to any wedding cake.
Wedding cakes come with an additional anniversary cake at no additional charge.
The anniversary cake comes boxed, wrapped and ready for the freezer.
